It’s worth noting that Musk made headlines just last week when he appeared from the Oval Office alongside his four-year-old son and President Donald Trump. Among the questions posed by journalists was one that compelled Musk to publicly correct a previous statement he had made about sending $50 million worth of condoms to Gaza. He had initially referred to the Gaza in the Middle East, but it was actually Gaza in Mozambique. A journalist asked, “How can we ensure that all the statements you make are correct so that we can trust what you say?” Musk replied, “Some of the things I say will be incorrect and should be corrected. I mean, you know, we will make mistakes, but we’ll act quickly to correct any mistakes.”
Given that Musk is now the acting head of the newly-formed Department of Government Efficiency and is also the world’s richest man, it’s hardly surprising that his name frequently appears in headlines.
Nevertheless, when 26-year-old right-wing influencer and author Ashley St. Clair claimed to have given birth to what would be Musk’s 13th child, it certainly caught people’s attention.
In fact, Musk himself commented on the rumors by adding his thoughts to an image that supposedly showed screenshots of tweets between a user named Greg Price and St. Clair. Musk simply wrote, “Whoa.” The screenshots included a tweet from Price on May 20 which read, “He’s got a kid with a woman already. Seems unlikely to work out.” And a now-deleted post from St. Clair that replied, “Well he actually has 7 kids & goes through women pretty fast.”
