Netflix Viewers Hooked On ‘Insanely Addictive’ New Series They’re Bingeing In One Day

Viewers are hooked on a new Netflix drama that they’re binge-watching in just a day.

On a streaming platform teeming with genre-defining hits like Stranger Things, The Crown, and Bridgerton, Netflix has a brand new hit on its hands.

While many of its originals lean into fantasy, historical drama, or teen suspense, this TV show dives deep into the high-stakes, adrenaline-fueled world of hospital life.

Compared to the emotional undercurrents of Grey’s Anatomy or the crime-thriller edge of Mindhunter, the show finds a middle ground that feels uniquely intense and cinematic.

The series captures not just the procedural tension of medicine but the fragile human emotions that lie beneath each case.

Fans are already buzzing, with one enthusing: “Absolutely loved this series, and it had me gripped from the start.”

Another added: “The cinematics, acting, suspense, storyline, delivery, and everything are solid.”

Somebody else said: “The first medical drama I’ve ever watched, and I loved it completely.”

“Binged in a day,” shared a fourth. “Season two please.”

Perhaps the most telling review? “Suspenseful and kept me wanting to watch more.”

The critical response has been just as enthusiastic.

RogerEbert.com called it ‘one of the best procedural dramas of the decade,’ a major endorsement for a show so fresh on the scene.

Meanwhile, Digital Spy highlighted the show’s addictive qualities, calling it ‘insanely addictive’ and noting its rapid climb to the top of Netflix’s viewing charts.

So what exactly is Pulse?

Created by Zoe Robyn, the drama centers around a group of doctors at a fictional Miami hospital, seeing the staff and patients through life-altering moments.

It shows the aftermath of a s**ual harassment complaint while the city is hit with a hurricane and influx of patients.

Pulse isn’t the only medical drama that is making waves among fans, with many also sharing their praise for The Resident and New Amsterdam, with the latter being described as an ’11/10′ series.
