Man’s ‘World’s Largest Manhood’ Causes Embarrassing Injury

A British man claiming to have the world’s largest medically verified manhood says his extraordinary anatomy has landed him in the hospital after an injury.

Matt Barr, who tells IGV his size has been confirmed by ‘multiple leading urologists’ and documented in his memoir ‘A Long Story: Life With One of the World’s Largest P***ses,’ says his 14.5-inch appendage has caused its share of awkward moments over the years.

Life with the world’s largest medically proven manhood isn’t all headlines and curiosity, he says.

“Day-to-day, it’s the amount of work needed to keep it ‘under wraps.’ I can usually tuck or wrap it around my ass to hide most of it, which helps keep it under control, but it’s uncomfortable.

“Long-term, it’s finding a woman to settle down with – while my size has resulted in lots of curious partners, it’s intimidating, especially long-term.”

Even just being in public can be complicated. “There are techniques I use to minimise it, so if I want to, it can be basically invisible, even if it’s very uncomfortable for me.

“So I tend to think of the reactions as being my fault for not taking enough care – though it would be nice not to have to worry about that.”

Over the years, Barr says he’s had plenty of offers to monetize his unusual asset, but he’s not interested.

“I’ve had enough negative comments about my appearance in the press to know that making a living that benefits from having good looks isn’t for me! So it’s 99.99% no, but if the right collaborator came along, I couldn’t rule it out entirely.”

That doesn’t mean he avoids publicity entirely.

His most unusual claim to fame may be a plaster cast of his anatomy on display in Iceland’s P****ological Museum.

“The main reason I’ve been open about my size is for the medical or scientific opportunities, so I couldn’t really turn down this offer, as awkward as I knew it would be to get hard in front of the officials who took the cast, I knew it was for a worthwhile cause.”

Barr’s memoir also addresses what he sees as the biggest misconception about men like him.

“The main myth is to separate large sizes from the realm of p***ography and to appreciate how it is to actually live with.”

When it comes to making life easier, he’s not opposed to outside help.

“I’d love to set-up a GoFundMe for reduction surgery costs but I feel like that would be received rather poorly! So, other than that, I’m open to advice.

“Spoken to lots of interesting people in the course of writing my book who have had lots of weird ideas.”

But this time, Barr’s appendage has turned into what he calls ‘a very embarrassing accident.’

The accident happened in his London home. Barr says he slipped while rushing to get ready for work, falling in a way that left him with a fractured arm.

“Some coverage of the incident exaggerates the amount I ‘can’t see my feet’ – obviously there are people with bigger boobs and bigger bellies that have the same issue!” Barr explained.

“However, when you move quickly and it sways, it means it’s much harder to see what’s going on, especially when there’s blood rushing through it. A 14.5″ pendulum swinging like that in a small bathtub is a recipe for disaster!”

Still, he didn’t let the injury derail his commitments.

“I tried not to let my broken arm slow me down too much — I had an interview with Dr Tara, from Channel 4’s Celebs Go Dating, who was keen for me to show it and answer questions about my life. That still went ahead.”

For now, Barr says he’s recovered from his accident – and is simply more careful when stepping into the shower. After all, not everyone’s morning routine involves avoiding injury from a 14.5-inch swing.
