World-famous adult star Alix Lynx has revealed the major mistakes all men make in bed.

Lynx has spent more than a decade carving out her place in the adult industry.

From big studio shoots to running a thriving OFs business, she has built a reputation not just for her performances but also for her unfiltered honesty about what really goes on behind the camera.

She’s made five figures a month creating custom videos – some intimate, some bizarre – and says requests have ranged from balloon-bouncing to acting out elaborate office fantasies.

One of the strangest, she recalls, involved a client asking her to fill an entire bathtub with Jell-O and coat herself in it.

She’s also previously revealed to IGV what makes the perfect manhood – but now, she’s opening up about more specific bedroom mistakes.

That balance of confidence and candor also makes Lynx a sharp critic of men’s real-life bedroom habits.

After 13 years in the industry, she’s noticed three major mistakes that come up again and again, and she’s more than happy to spell them out.

“Skipping f***play is the number one mistake men make in bed,” Lynx explains. “Going too fast and just rushing straight into it.

“Skipping kissing, and just ripping your clothes off can be hot sometimes, but rarely. Like, c’mon, you’re really just gonna go for it immediately?”

She stresses that women need time to get into the mood. “Women need to be warmed up. It’s like a DJ set, you gotta get the crowd going before you make the drop.

“Men skip f***play, and they need to realise it makes a world of difference. I know it’s a lot easier for dudes to get off, but we’re wired so differently. We need time, you need to take things slow.”

Her second piece of advice is more practical but just as important: hygiene matters.

“Not grooming and being clean is the second biggest mistake men make,” she said.

“It just lacks self-awareness. This isn’t super common, but it’s definitely something I’ve noticed. Like, are you even taking care of yourself? Are you grooming?

Are you just letting everything go and not even thinking about it? Seriously, dude – take a damn shower. If you just got back from the gym, wash your b***s.”

And the final tip? Never assume all women like the same thing. “I think going on autopilot, and not taking your time to feel out what’s working and what’s not, is a huge no-no,” Alix said.

“Just assuming, oh, this is gonna work because it worked last time. Every woman is different, you know? You’ve gotta talk and you have to communicate.”

She also admits that her profession often changes how men behave with her, and not always in a good way.

“More often than not, men are super intimidated when they find out what I do. I don’t want to sound harsh, but let’s just say some things go down… I feel bad, but it’s just what happens.

“I’ve also noticed that because they’ve watched me online, they think that’s exactly what I want, and that’s just not the case. I’m like, no buddy, that was the character I was playing.”

According to Alix, the reality of her personal s** life looks very different from the performances her fans see.

“There’s a huge difference between the s** I have on camera, and the s** I enjoy casually. For example, never has a guy pulled ‘it’ out, and I’ve gone ‘Oh wow. Oh My God.’ I’ve never once reacted like that.”

That said, she admits her work has shaped her private life in unexpected ways.

“I know what looks good, and I just find myself naturally doing those things. I’m aware of what I’m doing in those moments, and it’s not necessarily a performance because I’m still enjoying it, it’s just the way I am now.”
