Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1–2 oz white rum (for an adult version)
  • Garnish: whipped cream, strawberry slices, or a pineapple wedge

Instructions:

    In a blender, combine strawberries, pineapple, cream of coconut, coconut milk (or pineapple juice), and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add Rum (Optional):
