Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 banana, sliced into rounds
  • ¼ cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping

Directions:

  • Make the base:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until silky smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and crushed graham crackers until fully blended and light.
  • Form the bites:
Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon to create round bases.
  • Top each bite:
Add one banana slice on each base, then a little crushed pineapple and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips.
  • Chill:
Refrigerate the tray for at least 2 hours to firm up the bites and help the flavors meld.
  • Finish and enjoy:
Just before serving, top each bite with a maraschino cherry. Serve chilled and enjoy this fruity, creamy twist on a classic dessert!
